NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF AUTO MALL AND RETAIL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 18, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UT 84770

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on April 24, 2023
2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Public Hearings
1. Conduct hearing to take public comment on the adoption of the tentative budget for calendar year 2023 as the final budget for 2023.

1. Consider adoption of the final operating and capital budget for calendar year 2023.
