Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting April 11, 2023.
2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) May 2023.
3. Report on NAHRO Conference
4. Discuss fiscal year 2022-2023 budget
5. Discuss 2023-2024 SGHA budget - questions concerns.
6. Board Chair sign PHA Board Resolution, & Civil Rights Certification,
7. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM.
8. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George
9. Field trip of potential development.
