- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday May 9, 2023 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting April 11, 2023. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) May 2023. 3. Report on NAHRO Conference 4. Discuss fiscal year 2022-2023 budget 5. Discuss 2023-2024 SGHA budget - questions concerns. 6. Board Chair sign PHA Board Resolution, & Civil Rights Certification, 7. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 8. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 9. Field trip of potential development. Close Board Meeting and Open for Public Hearing on SGHA budget REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
