NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF GATEWAY AT SAND HOLLOW PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON APRIL 26, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 10:00 A.M.
A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on December 27, 2022
2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any).
C. Action Items
1. Consider retaining Hinton Burdick for provision of auditing services to the District, and authorize the Chair to sign multi-year engagement letter.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Discussion of PID bank account and tax revenue
2. Discussion of reimbursable expenses agreement
