The Board of Trustees will meet in regular, work, and potential closed session on Thursday 3/9/23 beginning at 4pm at the Providence Hall High School Library, 4557 W Patriot Ridge Dr., Herriman UT.

I) GENERAL SESSION - OPEN MEETING: The Board may engage in discussion, provide administrative action, or take other action including vote, during the General Session Open Meeting.

B) Public Comment(s): Email public comments to board@providencehall.com at least one hour prior to the start time of the meeting. Comments/Emails are limited to three minutes in length. In situations where large groups of people desire to address the Board on the same subject, select only one or two individuals to address/email the Board on behalf of the group and the comment/email representing the group shall be allocated up to six minutes in length. No more than forty-five minutes total will be allocated to comments/emails in a Board meeting. The public should be aware that the Board is unable, by law, to deliberate or take action on items raised during the public comment period. The Board will not take comments/emails on personnel issues or statements regarding the character, professional competence, and/or the physical or mental health of an individual during Board meetings.
