NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CORAL JUNCTION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON FEBRUARY 13, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on December 22, 2022.
2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting.
C. Action Items
1. Resolution 2023-01: A Resolution approving a final budget for calendar year 2023 and adopting an ad valorem tax rate.
D. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. None.
