NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF ROAM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON DECEMBER 13, 2022, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

A. Call to Order
B. Consent Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on November 22, 2022.
2. Approve or ratify any payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting.
C. Public Hearing
1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budget adopted on November 22, 2022, which is proposed to be adopted, with amendments, as the Final Budget for calendar year 2023.
D. Action Items
1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2022-04, adopting a Final Budget for calendar year 2023, the previously adopted ad valorem tax rate remaining unchanged from the prior year.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. None.
