Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission's Executive/Budget/Audit Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, November 21st, 2022, beginning at approximately 3:30 p.m. and ending at approximately 4:30 p.m., at 41 North Rio Grande Street, Ste. 102, Salt Lake City, UT. A virtual option is also available.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
3:30 p.m. Open Executive/Budget/Audit Committee Meeting
1. Chair Christopher F. Robinson will call the meeting to order and welcome committee members and public.
2. Committee will approve minutes from 9/19 meeting.
3:35 p.m. Housekeeping Items
1. Staff will present the Fraud Risk Assessment.
2. 2023 Board and Stakeholders Council Meeting Recommendations.
3:45 p.m. CWC Retreat Recap
1. Staff will present an overview of the November 10th Board Retreat and next steps.
3:55 p.m. Stakeholders Council Update
1. Stakeholders Council Co-Chairs Will McCarvill and Barbara Cameron will present four recommendations from the Stakeholders Council.
4:10 p.m. Budget Discussion
1. Mayor Silvestrini will present several funding scenarios from a budget memo for consideration and discussion by the EBAC.
4:20 p.m. Legislative and Land Tenure Committee Update
1. The Legislative and Land Tenure Committee convened on November 3rd.
2. Mayor Mendenhall will provide an overview of the outcomes of that meeting to the EBAC.
4:30 p.m. Adjourn Executive/Budget/Audit Committee Meeting
1. Following motion and affirmative vote, Chair Christopher F. Robinson will close the public meeting.
