- Notice of Funding Opportunity for Davis County Community Development Block Grant All organizations wishing to submit grant applications for CDBG Hard Cost or Community & Support Services for FY22-23 must submit a letter of intent (LOI) by October 10, 2022 at 5 pm to the Davis County Community and Economic Department, Attn: Ryan Steinbeigle, Grant Administrator at rsteinbeigle@co.davis.ut.us. You may also call 801-451-3495 with any questions.
