a. Discussion and consideration of adopting Resolution No. RDA 22-07 approving a professional services agreement with Sara Mohrman filling the duties of a Main Street Manager
b. Discussion and consideration of adopting Resolution No. RDA 22-08 approving a professional services agreement with Landmark Design to create signs designs, construction details, and obtain UDOT approval necessary to implement a comprehensive wayfinding system
4. Adjournment
