MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS a) PAR Board Report - Councilmember Snelson and Councilmember Sorensen b) Parks and Recreation - Stacey Child, Parks, and Recreation Director c) Museum of Art - Rita Wright, Museum Director d) Golf Course - Craig Norman, Golf Pro e) Legal Report - John Penrod, Assistant City Administrator/City Attorney CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
