- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday, March 10, 2022, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input on a conditional use permit request for Robert Fair for an oversized structure of 3,240sqft located at 4166 S 5900 W. 2. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on a rezone request for property located at 4512 W 5500 S, parcel number 09-075-0248, from the R1 zone to the R2 zone for Kyle Roberts. All interested parties are invited to attend.
