- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a meeting at 4:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office, Council Chambers, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. 1. MAYOR'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call & Pledge of Allegiance 2. VISITORS a. Michelle Evans - Tourism Update/Utah Film Commission b. Kyle Roerink - Water Grab from Pine Valley 3. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial reports: August 2021, September 2021, October 2021 b. Approval of bills and payroll c. Approval of minutes: October 5, 2021 Council Work Meeting 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Discuss Aged Assistance Program for 2022 b. Approval of 80 hour comp time payout c. Approval of various board members and Milford City Appointments 2022 d. Discuss Main Street trees and sidewalk damage e. Discuss city owned property - Parcel 0005-0018-0007 f. Consideration of AT&T Expansion Project and amendment to the agreement g. Sidewalk Rehabilitation Grant h. Approval of hire - Library Assistant 5. OLD BUSINESS a. Culinary Water Project update b. Award of Milford City Swimming Pool Resurfacing and Repair Project 6. ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS a. Ordinance 07-2021 'Amending Milford City Recreation' 7. COMMENTS a. Staff member reports and comments b. Council member reports and comments 8. ADJOURNMENT Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
