Action Items 1. a. Discussion regarding proposed rezone request for properties located at approximately 5368 South 1050 West, Riverdale, Utah. b. Consideration to set the Public Hearing for a Proposed Rezone Request from Agricultural (A-1) Zoning to Single-Family and Single-Family with Rental Unit Residential (R-2) Zoning for properties located at approximately 5368 South 1050 West, Riverdale, Utah 84405, as requested by RD Development Holdings. 2. a. Review of proposed amendments to Title 10 of the Riverdale Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 14 and 28 regarding proposed changes to nonresidential development landscape requirements and residential landscape requirements. b. Consideration to set Public Hearing for proposed amendments to Title 10 of the Riverdale Municipal Code, specifically Chapters 14 and 28 regarding proposed changes to nonresidential development landscape requirements and residential landscape requirements.
