Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the 2021/2022 FY Budget Amendment at approximately 3:30 p.m., or soon thereafter on Monday, November 1, 2021. In view of the current Covid-19 pandemic, this session will occur only electronically, without a physical location, as authorized by UTAH CODE ANN. 52-4-207(4). The public may remotely hear the open portions of the meeting through live broadcast by connecting to:

Written public comments received before commencement of the hearing will be either summarized or read into the record by the Chair or a designee. Such comments should be submitted via the following:

3:30 p.m. Public Hearing for Amended Budget Fiscal Year 2021/2022
1. Chair Christopher F. Robinson will open the public hearing as Chair of the Board of the Central Wasatch Commission.
2. Treasurer/Chair of the Budget/Finance/Audit Committee Mayor Jeff Silvestrini will present CWC Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Amended Budget for public comment.
3. Public comment.
4. Chair Christopher F. Robinson will close the public hearing as Chair of the Board of the Central Wasatch Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AMENDED BUDGET FOR 2021-2022 FISCAL YEAR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the governing body (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission interlocal entity (the 'CWC') will hold a public hearing on Monday, 1 November 2021, at 3:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practical. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the CWC's proposed amended budget for its 2021-2022 fiscal year (the 'Amended Budget'). The Amended Budget may be available to be viewed or copied on the CWC's website at www.cwc.utah.gov before the hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the CWC will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.230.2506 at least 48 hours before the hearing.
The aforementioned public hearing will occur only electronically, as follows: The public may remotely hear the open portions of the meeting through live broadcast by registering for the meeting at this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_v0nGI8L-SKq_k9mvCLvIDA. Written public comments for the hearing may be submitted by email to lindsey@cwc.utah.gov up to 5:00 p.m., MST, on 29 October 2021. Any comments received by that deadline will be read or summarized into the meeting record for the hearing. Comments received after 5:00 p.m., MST, on the 29 October 2021 will be forwarded to the Board, but not read into the meeting record or addressed during the hearing. Verbal public comments by any who have not already submitted written public comments for the hearing may also be provided during the 1 November 2021 hearing as instructed on the published agenda for that meeting.
