- PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA Tooele County Planning Commission The Tooele County Planning Commission will hold a Public Meeting on September 15, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers (3rd Floor) at the Tooele County Building, 47 South Main Street, Tooele Utah. Please use the link below for to access the online meeting, where the public can choose to attend, and comments can be made during the public hearings listed below. Members of the public will be allowed in person at the meeting. A Work Session will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM to discuss the item listed below. TCLUO 2021-071 - Caleb and Brandie Knoblauch are requesting an ordinance update to Land Use Table 15-5-3.2(n) of the Tooele County Land Use Ordinance regarding, 'storage, placement, keeping, locating, parking, maintaining, keeping of commercial, construction, military surplus or specialized equipment.'. REZ 2021-137 - Colleen Carr is requesting a recommendation of approval for a rezone from RR-5 (Rural Residential, 5 Acre Minimum) to the RR-1 (Rural Residential, 1 Acre Minimum) Zone.
