APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES - Minutes of City Council Special Meeting - August 9, 2021 - Minutes of City Council Meeting - August 24, 2021 8.2 APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Summerfest Commission: - Vanessa Sewell, Appointment - Anne Turner, Appointment - Liz Woolf, Re-Appointment - Ashlie Mann, Re-Appointment 8.3 RESOLUTION - Authorizing the Mayor to Sign a Water Supply Agreement Between the City of Orem, Central Utah Water Conservancy District and the Metropolitan Water District of Orem 9. SCHEDULED ITEMS 9.1 PUBLIC HEARING / RESOLUTION - The City will receive Public Comment on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projected Use of Funds for CARES ACT CDBG-CV funding and consider approval of a substantial amendment to the 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan Presenter: Kena Jo Mathews, Community Services Manager 9.2 PUBLIC HEARING / ORDINANCE - Amending Appendix A of the Orem City Code by enacting Standard Land Use Code 6264 Small Pediatric Neuro Physical Therapy and making such use permitted in the R7.5 zone and enacting Section 22-6-9(L) Small Pediatric Neuro Physical Therapy to establish requirements for a shall pediatric neuron physical therapy facility in the R7.5 zone. Presenter: Jason Bench, Planning Division Manager 9.3 PUBLIC HEARING / ORDINANCE - Amending portions of Section 22-11-56 PD-43 (Auburn Meadows) 2000 South Geneva pertaining to the approved uses in the PD43 zone for Area B. Also amending Appendix LL of the Orem City Code with updated concept plans and elevations pertaining to Area B. Presenter: Jason Bench, Planning Division Manager 9.4 RESOLUTION - Designating a portion of 150 North between 668 West and 800 West as both 'Parkside Lane' and '150 North'. These items are for information and do not require action by the City Council. 12. ADJOURN TO CLOSED MEETING 12.1 MOTION - Closed Meeting City Council to adjourn to a closed meeting for a strategic session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205(1)(c).
