- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDM Meeting on the 12th day of July 2021 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from May 10, 2021 - Approve minutes from June 14, 2021 2. New Business - Mike Balls - Zoning Permit (Shed) - 15 S 200 W - John Cook - Inquiry about property access from a City road - Other Permits: o Rod Buttars - Zoning Permit (Dog Kennel) - 9 S Main 3. Other Business - LUDM letter requesting citizen to obtain a permit first 4. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
