- Case/Permit: CEZ21-0272 Appellant: Joe Ramirez You are hereby notified that a hearing on your administrative appeal regarding your appeal of the Dangerous Building Abatement Notice & Order to Vacate and Demolish or Repair is scheduled before Administrative Law Judge Craig Hall, at 2001 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, Room TS N3-600 North on the 21st day of July 2021, at the hour of 1:00 p.m.. You may be, but need not be, represented by legal counsel. During the hearing, you may present any relevant evidence and will be given full opportunity to cross-examine all witnesses testifying against you. You may request the issuance of subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, documents or other things by filing an affidavit therefor with the Administrative Law Judge. If you need an interpreter please contact Planning & Development Services at 385-468-6700. This appeal does not stay or impact any standing orders by the Salt Lake County Health Department or other County or State agency.
