- The Mt. Pleasant Library will hold a public hearing at 6:35 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding the amendment of the 2020-2021 Library budget. Mt. Pleasant City will hold a public hearing at 6:40 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding the amendment of the 2020-2021 City budget.
