- Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. This meeting will begin at 8:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of May 12, 2020, Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 6. New Business a. 2022 Budget b. Purchase of Electric Meters c. Water Rate Plan 7. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees a. Phil Whatcott- Water and Fire Department b. Jim Blodgett - Roads and Land fill c. Josalyn Stevens- Parks, Recreation and CERT d.
