Members of the City Council strive to create a respectful and professional decorum during Council Meetings so that the meeting can be conducted in an orderly, efficient, effective, and dignified manner. It is our desire that each person attending a City Council meeting feel safe, respected, and comfortable participating in their government. We hope that commenters will have that same goal and strive to do their best to keep comments respectful, professional, and free from profanity, personal attacks, and indecency. Consider approving Ordinance No. 21-20 regarding property located at 9000 South and Mountain View Corridor/5892 West Dannon Way; amending the General Plan Land Use Map for 4.5 acres from Regional Commercial to Light Industrial and rezone from P-C (Planned Community) Zone to M-1 (Light Manufacturing) Zone; Jordan Starr (owner)/Elizabeth Cole (applicant), Wadsworth Development Group d. Updates are listed to assist in planning or resolution. a. Wood Ranch - Introduced November 19, 2019. Work session was held on March 5, 2020 discussing objectives needed by the council. A site tour visit occurred in June 2020. An update was provided on Nov. 18, 2020. Currently with Community Development. i. PC - Hillside Zone Text Amendments - Introduced November 19, 2019. Council discussion on March 11, 2020 further refinement needed. Public hearing held during Planning Commission on December 15, 2020 and continued to January 19, 2021 and will be presented again with draft MDA. Planning Commission forwarded a positive recommendation on May 4, 2021. Tentatively scheduled for City Council public hearing on June 23, 2021. b. The Town Center at Copper Rim Development - Introduced February 24, 2021 and tabled the item to return to Council no later than June 1, 2021. City Council rescheduled to a date uncertain.
