NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED BUDGET FOR 2021-2022 FISCAL YEAR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the governing body (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission interlocal entity (the 'CWC') will hold a public hearing on Monday, 7 June 2021, at 3:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practical, virtually at this link: https://zoom.us/j/97526985621?pwd=U0owTXllTmJsYU9HSTRUSlppUExOQT09
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the CWC's proposed budget for its 2021-2022 fiscal year (the 'Budget'). The Budget may be viewed or copied on the CWC's website at www.cwc.utah.gov or on the Utah public notice website at https://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html for at least ten days before the hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the CWC will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.230.2506 at least 48 hours before the hearing.
NOTE, HOWEVER, that if COVID-19 public meeting restrictions pursuant to UTAH CODE ANN. 52-4-207(4) are still in effect as of the hearing date, the aforementioned public hearing will occur only electronically, as follows: The public may remotely hear the open portions of the meeting through live broadcast by connecting to: https://zoom.us/j/97526985621?pwd=U0owTXllTmJsYU9HSTRUSlppUExOQT09
Public comments may be submitted to the CWC's Associate Director by email at lindsey@cwc.utah.gov up to the start of the hearing at 3:30 p.m., Mountain Time. Comments received after 3:30 p.m., Mountain Time, on the hearing date will be forwarded to the Board, but not read into the meeting record or addressed during the meeting.
