- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING May 19, 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting May 19, 2021 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. **We do have electronic participation at this time. If you would like to join this meeting by conference call, please call City Hall by 3:00 p.m. on the day of City Council for the participation phone number. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments (limit of 3 minutes) 2. MOTION: Approval of April 21, 2021 City Council Minutes 3. MOTION: Business license 4. MOTION: Budget workshop - Setting a tentative budget 5. MOTION: Selling City trucks on Public Surplus website 6. Discussion on Water and Sewer connections for duplexes, fourplex and individual connections 7. Discussion of possible agreement for IT services with Emery county 8. Water restrictions-Discussion and possible motion 9. Code Book Title 5, Chapter 2- Animal Control 10. Mayor's Report 11. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 12. Youth City Council report 13. Council's Reports 14. Zoning Administrator Report 15. MOTION: City Claims and Review of Financials 16. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
