- EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY NOTICE OF ORDINANCES The Eagle Mountain City Council has adopted the following ordinances: 2021-11 The Pinnacles General Plan Amendment and Rezone, 2021-12 Eagle Mountain Business Campus Recorded Plat Amendment, 2021-13 The Pinnacles Master Development Plan, and 2021-14 EMMC 15.60 Street Improvements. Full and complete copies of these ordinances are available at the Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT Monday - Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
