- The Summit on Friday will be a work session for Commissioners to dialogue, and there will not be an official public comment section, however the chat box will be open. Commissioners will be considering all of the MTS public comment that has been solicited and collected by the CWC over the past 15 months of the MTS initiative as they meet on Friday. You are also always welcome to submit a general public comment to the CWC anytime via email or via the form found on any page of the CWC website.
