- Notice is hereby given that the Monticello City Planning Commission will be receiving public comment concerning amendments to Title 10: Zoning Regulations; Chapters 6 and 7 and proposed amendments to zoning map R-2 to C-1 for parcel number A33230251802 and A-1 to C-1 for parcel number A33230250005 located at approximately 700 North Main St. The hearing is scheduled on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at the Monticello City Office, 17 North 100 East, at 6:30 p.m. Copies of a draft ordinance to amend the regulations may be obtained from the office of the Zoning Administrator. Written comments may be addressed to Assistant City Manager Evan Bolt, City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535.
