The Planning Commission will recommend changes in a future meeting. The City Council will make the final decision. Attachments: R-1 Changes 2020-12-01 R-2 Change 2020-12-01 6.Review of Subdivision Code 11-1 (discussion) The Planning Commission has been reviewing ordinances concerning subdivisions and the processes therein. They will recommend changes to the City Council in a future meeting. The City Council will make the final decision. 7.City Ordinance Review for State Compliance (discussion) The Planning Commission will be reviewing all zoning codes for the City of Monticello to ensure they are in compliance with Utah State Codes.
