- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, January 14, 2021 AT 6:00 P.M. via ZOOM to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 27 acres from A-2 to RA-1 with a TDR-R Overlay for a property located at approximately 400 North and 1200 West. 2. Consideration of a Preliminary Plat application for the Whiting Farm subdivision consisting of 70 lots at approximately 800 North 800 West and the adoption of the PRC-7 zoning text. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting. ___________________________________________ April Houser, Executive Secretary Published in THE DAILY HERALD on December 31, 2020 and posted at: 1.
