REGULAR AGENDA Mapleton City Council Meeting Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 6:00 pm Amended November 17, 2020 at 3:15 pm Notice is hereby given that the Mapleton City Council will hold their regularly scheduled City Council meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Mapleton City Website at www.mapleton.org for a link to participate and/or view the meeting. CONSENT AGENDA: Items on the consent agenda are routine in nature and do not require discussion or independent action. Members of the Council may ask to remove any items from the consent agenda to be considered individually. Unless that is done, one motion may be used to adopt all recommended actions. If the public has questions or comments regarding the consent agenda, please contact staff prior to the meeting. 1. Approval of City Council meeting minutes- November 4, 2020 2. Consideration of a resolution paying an invoice to Mapleton Irrigation Company for $86,999.20 for 511.76-acre feet of leased water for use in the Mapleton Pressurized Irrigation System. Consideration of an Ordinance amending Mapleton City Code (MCC) Section 18.56B.070 related to property setbacks in the SDP-2 zone. Sean Conroy, Community Development Director 5. Consideration of an Ordinance to rezone 13.5 acres from A-2 to RA-1 with a TDR-R Overlay and to approve the preliminary plat application for 13 lots located at approximately 1200 West and 400 South.
