- Hyde Park City Council Meeting November 10, 2020 7:00 p.m. Agenda 7:00: Welcome Prayer or Thought Pledge of Allegiance Adoption of Agenda Approval of Minutes from October 14th 7:10: Citizen Input 7:15: Consider Ordinance 20-13 - An Ordinance amending section 8.10.050 unlawful use to include restrictions to use of water and sewer systems without authority. 7:20: Consider Ordinance 20-14 - An Ordinance amending Section 13.60.010 subdivision minimum standards to update the sign requirements 7:30: Consider a rezone request to rezone 7.41 acres at approximately 440 west center from Commercial zone to RE-20. 7:45: Consider Resolution 2020-13 - A Resolution accepting a petition for Annexation of Certain Real Property. Departments This meeting will be held as an electronic meeting without allowing the public to come to City offices, pursuant to Governor Herbert's Executive Order.
