- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday November 10, 2020 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting October 13, 2020. 2. Discussion of new board member (Referrals) 3. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) November 2020. 4. Discuss new fiscal year 2020-2021 budget. 5. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 6. Jimmie Hughes report from the City River Walk update Open House 29th Oct. 7. Applied for 40 Mainstream Vouchers (Non-Elderly / Disabled) 8. SGHA Christmas Bonus's 9. Report new HUD 2021 Payment Standards. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
