Rockville Town Council Regular Meeting Via Zoom Virtual Meeting October 14, 2020 - 6:00 pm ***Amended*** The Rockville Town Council will hold their regular meeting on Wednesday the 14th day of October 2020 at 6:00 p.m. This Council meeting will not have an anchor location and will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Council members will connect remotely. The meeting will be available to the public for live viewing. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join the audio via telephone. If you wish to access the meeting, please contact Vicki Bell at rockville@rockvilleutah.org or (435) 772-0992 for the access codes. If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you please use the Chat feature to make your request to ask a question or state a comment. The meeting host will see your message and be able to 'unmute' you so you can speak. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of the Agenda 4. Discussion and action on the Fraud Risk Assessment completed for the Fiscal Year 2019-20 - Vicki Bell, Town Clerk. 2. ***Discussion and action the Interlocal Agreement Establishing the ZRC Coordinator as an Independent Contractor. 3. Approval of the minutes for the August 12, 2020 Regular Meeting postponed from August meeting. 4. Approval of the minutes for the September 9, 2020 Regular Meeting. 5. Approval of expenditures for the month of September 2020. 6. Approval of the September 2020 Financial Statements. Legislative Action Items 1. Discussion and action on Ordinance No. 20-1014-01 An Ordinance to Establish an Ethical Behavior Policy for certain Rockville Officials and Employees. 2. Discussion and action on Ordinance No. 20-1014-02 An Ordinance to Adopt the Amended Rockville Land Use Code, the amended Rockville General Plan and Amended Maps per the recommendations of the Planning Commission tabled from the September 9, 2020 meeting.
