APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: 1. July 28, 2020, Town Council Meeting 2. August 11, 2020 Town Council Meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. F. AGENDA ITEMS 1. NICK VASELS PRESENTATION. Nick Vasels will present the Town with some historical donations. 2. DISCUSSION ON CONTRACTORS BUILDING W/O PERMITS. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will hold a discussion on contractors who are building/working without a building permit. 3. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WATER & SEWER CODE. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the Water and Sewer Code. 4. NIGHTLY RENTAL CODE DISCUSSION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will hold a discussion on Nightly Rentals. 5. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. G. ADJOURNMENT
