CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO HPC CODE SECTION 7 ANIMAL CONTROL (Legislative)
NPPD Officer Krebs knows of at least 2 instances where residents are hoarding cats. HPC ordinance does not address 'hoarding' thus Officer Krebs cannot enforce anything. Consider addressing 'hoarding' of animals in general.
CLARIFY LOT LINE ADJUSTMENTS, LOT SPLITS, MINOR SUBDIVISIONS (Legislative)
Clarify which ordinances apply to various circumstances. Update chart 12.40.080 and other ordinances accordingly.
CONSIDER OTHER CLARIFICATIONS (Legislative)
Can Master Trails development go toward Bonus Density requirements?
Is Bonus Density measured off of usable land area, or total land area?
Clarify 'detention' vs. 'retention' ponds.
CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Consider amendments to HPC Code 13.30 and 13.60.010 to correct, update and simplify the ordinance. Also amend our standards to match Fire Department allowances.

CONSIDER CREATING A COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL PROCESS (Legislative)
Review Commercial zoning (Commercial, Industrial, Planned Professional) and create a flowchart with accompanying ordinance for Commercial Subdivisions and the approval process.
