- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a meeting at 4:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office, Council Chambers, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Tuesday, July 21, 2020. 1. MAYOR'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call & Pledge of Allegiance 2. VISITORS a. None 3. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial report: June 2020 b. Approval of bills and payroll c. Approval of minutes: June 16, 2020 Council Meeting 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Approval of Hiring for Janitorial Services for Milford Administration Building b. Approval of Notice of Award to Mel Clarke Inc. for 400 South Street Reconstruction c. Approval of Cooperative Agreement with Utah department of Transportation for Grant#3-49-0119-015-2020 Rehabilitate Runway 16/34 (Phase 2 - Construction) d. Discuss Possible Splash Pad in Milford e. Approval of CARES ACT Application for COVID-19 Funding f. Discuss Speed Light Signs and Reduced Speed Limit for Main Street g. Approval of Amendment to Owner-Engineer Agreement 5. OLD BUSINESS a.
