Agenda: Opening: Commissioner Chris Robinson will conduct the meeting as Chair of the CWC. Consideration of Resolution 2020-01 approving new member commissioners representing Salt Lake City and Sandy. Commission will consider approving the meeting minutes of Monday December 2, 2019. Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) grant presentation and discussion. Discussion and Resolutions expressing appreciation for Chris McCandless, Jackie Biskupski, and Carlos Braceras. Stakeholders Council Update Discussion and Resolution: Stakeholders Council Chair Greg Summerhays will provide an update on the November and December 2019 Stakeholders Council meetings and work moving forward. Consideration and discussion of Resolution 2020-06 amending the 'Rules and Procedures ' of the Stakeholders Council as recommended by the Stakeholders Council. Discussion Re-Focus of CWC Work for 2020. Commission discussion led by Commission Chair Robinson on results of individual meetings with stakeholders and approach for Commission attention and action building on CWC Retreat. Consideration of lands issues for legislation' Consideration of CWC-led effort to define Mountain Transportation System in context of results of Mountain Accord and UDOT LCC EIS. Discussion and Resolution concerning advisory committees. Consideration of Resolution 2020-02 amending the CWC Bylaws concerning advisory committees. The commission will continue its discussion of the creation of a legislative-lands tenure committee, a transportation committee, and a short-term projects committee, including appointing Commissioners to comprise Committee membership. Discussion and Resolution concerning contract amendment for Dutko Government Relations. The Commission will consider a contract amendment to reduce the amounts payable to Dutko Government Relations. Consideration of Resolution 2020-07 amending contract amount with Dutko Government Relations.
