- Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Hearing Officer will hold four hearings at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2019, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) LUHO-19-026, request for exception to enlarge an existing non-complying structure by attaching a detached garage to the house at 4176 S. Sunset View Drive by applicant Michael Wood and 2) LUHO-19-029, a request for variance to the front yard to 20 feet where 25 feet is required and side yard setback of 3 feet where 8 feet is required in order to build a new attached 2-car garage at 2709 Kenton Drive, by applicant Arielle Horowitz and Aidan Melen. 3) LUHO-19-025, a request to enlarge a non-complying structure by converting a shed in rear yard to a garage while maintaining the non-complying setback at 4308 S Park St, by applicant Ryan Wight. 4) LUHO-19-028, a request to enclose an existing non-conforming carport with a setback that does not conform to Millcreek code in the R-1-6 zone at 781 E 3155 S, by applicant Scott Dilley A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall.
