Notice is hereby given that the Millville City Council will hold their regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Thursday, August 8, 2019, at the Millville City Office, 510 East 300 South in Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. (Please note that all times listed are approximate.) 1. Call to Order / Roll Call - Mayor David Hair. 2. Opening Remarks / Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Mark Williams. 3. Approval of agenda and time allocation. 4. Approval of minutes of the City Council Meeting - July 11, 2019. 5. Agenda Items- A. Public Comment Period (2 min/person; sign-up sheet available at door prior to meeting). B. Business License Request for Mike's Busted Knuckle Repair at 180 E. 200 N. - Mike Wyatt. C. Report on P&Z Meetings held July 18, 2019 and August 1, 2019 - Dev. Coordinator Meadows. D. Consideration for setting date for Public Hearing to review status of sewer plans - Recorder Twedt. E. Construction Water - Public Works Director Kendrick. F. Stellar Auto Complaint - Councilmember Wilker. G. Consideration to Appoint Lynette Dickey for another term as Planning Commissioner - Councilmember Grange. H.
