HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., JUNE 20, 2019. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Jake Thompson, CobbleCreek Townhomes - To request Final Plat Approval for CobbleCreek Townhomes a Planned Unit Development located at 230 North 800 East consisting of 27 townhome units, and a commercial area. B. Joe Darger, Green Haven Homes - To request approval of a Concept Plan for Scenic Mountain Estates a Planned Unit Development for a 71 unit Multi-Family Apartment Complex - 11 fourplexes; 3 fiveplexes; and 2 sixplexes on 7.11 acres, and 3.399 acres of commercial area located at approximately 681 North to 800 North between Highway 165 and 600 East (approximately 10.5 acres). 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND AN ORDINANCE: A. Resolution 19-10 - A resolution amending the 2018-2019 General Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Electric Fund, Irrigation Fund, Storm Water Fund, Capital Projects Fund, and Library Trust Fund Operating Budgets. B. Resolution 19-11 - A resolution approving and adopting the Fiscal 2019-2020 Operating Budgets for Hyrum City's General Fund, Culinary Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Electric Fund, Irrigation Water Fund, Storm Water Fund, Capital Projects Fund, and Library Trust Fund. C. Resolution 19-12 - A resolution establishing the Municipal Certified Tax Rate for Fiscal 2018-2019. D. Ordinance 19-06 - An Ordinance amending Chapter 2.12, Section 2.12.010 of the Hyrum City Municipal Code, to provide for adjustments in the salaries of officers and employees of Hyrum City. 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Delinquent Utility Accounts. B. Consideration and approval of Blaine Anderson Utility Reimbursement Agreement. C. Mayor and City Council reports. 12.
