CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION STAKEHOLDERS COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 2019 @ 4:00PM PROMISE ROOM, 3330 SOUTH 1300 EAST, MILLCREEK, UT 84106 A. OPENING i. Greg Summerhays will conduct the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council. ii. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the meeting minutes of Wednesday, March 20th. B. CWC STAFF REPORT AND DISCUSSION i. CWC Deputy Director Jesse Dean will provide a brief overview of CWC activities in March and April. C. UTA CANYONS BUS SERVICE PRESENTATION i. Presentation and discussion by UTA Planning Director Laura Hansen on current UTA bus service in the Cottonwood Canyons, including ridership numbers and system constraints. D. COTTONWOOD CANYONS TRANSPORTATION ACTION PLAN UPDATE i. CCTAP project team will provide an overview of April 9th open house. ii. CCTAP Plan draft alternatives review exercise. E. ENVIRONMENT, RECREATION, ECONOMY AND TRANSPORTATION KEY ACTIONS OVERVIEW i. Presentation and exercise by CWC Deputy Director Jesse Dean on Mountain Accord key actions. F. OPEN DISCUSSION G. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING At or before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 15th 2019, the undersigned does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda and agenda was (1) posted at either the CWC's principal office or at the building where the meeting is to be held; (2) posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created under UTAH CODE ANN. 63F-1-701; and (3) provided to The Salt Lake Tribune and/or Deseret News and to a local media correspondent. Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed. Members of the Stakeholders Council may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
