Rockville Town Council Public Hearing and Regular Meeting Rockville Community Center, Town Hall October 11, 2017 - 6:00 pm The Rockville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing as part of their regular meeting on Wednesday the 11th day of October, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comments If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. Discussion/Information/Non-action Items 1. Report on Rockville/Springdale Fire Protection District - Chair Luci Francis 2. Report on Recommendations of the Planning Commission - Jane Brennan 3. Report on the Status of the Rockville Bridge Project - Pam Leach Action Items 1. Open Public Hearing for public comments on the proposed amendment to the Transportation and Circulation chapter of the General Plan, the Transportation Goals and the proposed map outlining three (3) potential transportation corridors. 2. Adjourn Public Hearing 3. Discussion and Action on a Resolution to Adopt the proposed amendment to the Transportation and Circulation chapter of the General Plan, to adopt the Transportation Goals and to adopt the Map outlining three (3) potential transportation corridors. 4. Open Public Hearing for public comments on proposed amendments to the Town of Rockville 2017-18 Fiscal Budget. 5. Adjourn Public Hearing 6. Discussion and Action on a Resolution to Open and Amend Rockville's Annual Budget of Revenues and Expenditures for the purpose of revising Tax and Grant Revenues to reflect an increase of $27,000 for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2018. 7. Open Public Hearing for public comments on a proposal to abandon a platted unimproved roadway, approximately 33 feet in width, located west of Dennett Lane and running west to just behind the Dutson/Smith parcel. 8. Adjourn Public Hearing 9. Discussion and Action on a Resolution to abandon a platted unimproved roadway, approximately 33 feet in width, located west of Dennett Lane and running west to just behind the Dutson/Smith parcel. 10. Open Public Hearing for public comments on an application to the Community Impact Board (CIB) for a loan and/or grant to fund the anticipated overrun on the Rockville Bridge Rehabilitation. 11. Adjourn Public Hearing 12. Discussion and Action to approve the application to the Community Impact Board (CIB) for a loan and/or grant funding to fund the anticipated overrun on the Rockville Bridge Rehabilitation. 13. Discussion and Action on two proposals from Hafen, Buckner, Everett & Graff, PC and Rees & Hughes, CPA's for an Agreed-Upon Procedures for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017. 14. Discussion and Action on an Agreement to Amend the Washington County Mutual Aid Agreement to automatically renew for an additional ten year term through December 31, 2027. 15. Approval of the minutes of the September 13, 2017 Regular Meeting. 16. Approval of expenditures for the month of September 2017. Administrative Non-Action Items 1.
