Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue in Payson, Utah. Some Commissioners may participate by Electronic Device. The meeting will be conducted as follows: 7:00 p.m. REGULAR SESSION - City Council Chambers 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Invocation/Inspirational Thought 4. Consent Agenda 4.1 Approval of minutes for the regular meeting of February 22, 2017 5. Public Forum 6. Review Items 6.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Amendment to the Payson City Zoning Map that will affect Utah County Parcel 30-065-0076 located on the southwest corner of the intersection of 1130 South and 1700 West. The parcel is currently zoned A-5-H, Annexation Holding Zone and it is proposed that the zone be changed to the RMF-10, Multi-Family Residential Zone. 6.2 PUBLIC HEARING - Request for Preliminary Plan approval of the proposed Spring Creek Townhomes development arranged on Utah County Parcel 30-065-0076. The development consists of fifty-three (53) townhome units in the proposed RMF-10 Zone. 6.3 PUBLIC HEARING - Request for use of the I-O, Infill Overlay Zone to reduce the lot area requirements of the R-2-75, Residential Zone for Lot 2 of the proposed Schramm Subdivision located at 530 West 400 South. 6.4 PUBLIC HEARING - Request for Preliminary Plan approval of the Schramm Subdivision arranged on Utah County Parcel 08-061-0003 located at 530 West 400 South in the R-2-75, Residential Zone. 6.5 Review and recommendation regarding a request for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a single family dwelling on Utah County Parcel 08-128-0014 located at approximately 700 South 300 East in the R-1-9, Residential Zone. 6.6 PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed amendments to Title 19, Zoning Ordinance of the Payson City Municipal Code. 7. Commission and Staff Reports 8. Adjournment
