5. Public Comment
Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door prior to the start of the meeting. Participation is limited to three minutes. Each participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded.
6. Business/Action Items:
a. Proposal to amend passed recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission to allow Community Center, Meeting Hall, Civic Center, or Convention Hall as a conditional use within the Public Facility (PF) Zone adding the language of facility must be a minimum of 5000 sq ft. -Dave Oxman
b. Continued recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission of a proposed amendment to allow Horseback Riding Lessons or Instruction as a conditional use within the Residential Agricultural (R-A) Zone. -Dave Oxman
c. Continued recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration and possible approval of a requested PUD Overlay Zone for approximately 62.4 acres generally located south of Aspen Village Mobile Home Park, from approximately 300 South to 700 South and 700 East to 900 East, including consideration of the concept plan. -Dave Oxman
