1. Call to order and Roll Call.
2. Discussion and possible approval of meeting minutes of A. August 5, 2026, meeting (exhibit 1) and B. September 2, 2026, meeting (exhibit 2)
3. Public comments on items not listed on the meeting agenda.
4. Welcome new Cemetery District Attorney, Jacualin Peterson. Ms. Peterson is excused from this meeting as she is attending a legal conference out of town.
5. Connector Road Update: Discussion leader: Pete Gillwald
6. Status of audit: District Clerk, William Oshinski.
7. Vacancies on the Cemetery Board. Presently, the County Council is advertising to fill three board member vacancies: Daniel Whitehurst who has resigned, Will Seggos who is moving out of the district, and present board member, Pete Gillwald. whose initial term is expiring. Board members are eligible to serve three appointed terms. The terms are for four years. Will Seggos has agreed to continue serving until a replacement has been appointed. This follows state statutes that allow retiring members to continue their service until an appointment has been made to fill the vacancy.
8. Discussion of the Appraisal of District's preferred site. (exhibit 3)
9. Review and possible approval of 2027 Tentative Budget: Discussion lead: Max Greenhalgh (Exhibit 4)
10: Reminder for Board Members and the public to use Outlook e-mail addresses. Can we ask board member, Will Seggos, to include the new addresses on our website
11. Discussion of a petition presented by Bear Hollow residents. The chair may allow public comments for this item. (Exhibit 5)
12. Agenda items for the district's November 3, 2026, meeting.
