Description/Agenda

Please see attached (RFP) Request for Proposal Lake Point (the 'City') is soliciting responses to this request for proposal ('Proposals') from qualified planning consulting firms or individual planning professionals (collectively, 'Consultants') to provide on request, as-needed land use planning services. The City intends to enter into a professional services agreement with a qualified Consultant to serve as the City's outside planner, engaged only when specific services are needed and compensated solely on an hourly basis for services actually rendered. This solicitation is issued pursuant to Lake Point ordinances and state law. The City is using the Request for Proposals process because price is not the sole determining factor. The Evaluation Committee will score Proposals using the published criteria, evaluate pricing separately and blind from all other Proposal materials, and recommend award to the Offeror providing the best value to the City.
