Board of Trustees, Special Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT (THE 'DISTRICT') WILL HOLD A MEETING ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2026, AT 1:30 P.M. AT THE OFFICE OF GILMORE & BELL P.C., 15 WEST SOUTH TEMPLE STREET, SUITE 1400 (14TH FLOOR), SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 84101 AND VIA ELECTRONIC MEANS.

1. Approve Minutes from December 29, 2025, Budget Public Hearing and Board of Trustees Meeting.
2. Review and approval of the 2025 financial statement audit.
3. Review and approval of the Q1 financial statements.
4. Review and approval of the Q1 payment detail report.
5. Review and approval of the Q2 financial statements.
6. Review and approval of the Q2 payment detail report.
7. Approval of the 2026 financial statement auditor.
8. Approval of the tentative 2027 budget.
9. Set hearing date for 2027 final budget.
10. Approval to request proposals to consider retaining a Municipal Advisor for Series 2027 Bonds.
C. Adjourn
If needed, the Board may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss (a) the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, (b) strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the State, (e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, (g) investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct as provided
Motions relating to any of the items listed above, including final action, may be taken. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
