Public Meeting Notice
The MOUNTAIN VIEW SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT Administrative Control Board will meet at 6:00PM. September 16, 2026 at 1273 North 6450 West, Cedar City, Utah to consider the following matters:
1. Approval of the December 2025 Budget Hearing and Public Meeting minutes
2. Approval of the Jan 3, 2026 Public Meeting minutes
3 Review and decision regarding request for service for 2 dwellings from the same service connection for the property located at 1273 North 6450 West.
4. Review and vote on a resolution temporarily suspending issuance of expanded water service and water availability letters
5 Review and discussion on a resolution amending of the District's requirement regarding service for more than one family receiving service from a service connection.
6. Approval of consulting fee with MV Water Knowledge LLC for distribution system support.
7. Any other items for discussion
Public comments limited to 5 minutes each.
