Call to Order - Mayor Dan Catlin 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilwoman Preslar 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilwoman Chamberlain B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from September 2, 2026, City Council Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from August 2026. D. PRESENTATION: 1. District Outreach Coordinator for Congresswoman Celeste Maloy - Sam Harvey E. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there may be no response by any City official during this time. For specific questions, please contact staff directly. F. PUBLIC HEARING: 1. Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance vacating a portion of a municipal utility easement located in Boulder Ridge Subdivision, Phase 1, Lot 4. G. BUSINESS ITEMS: 1. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance vacating a portion of a municipal utility easement located in Boulder Ridge Subdivision, Phase 1, Lot 4. 2. Discussion and possible action on a Hillside Development permit submitted by Firelight Development, Inc. for Indigo at Firelight, Phases 2-5. 3. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 17, Section 4 of the Toquerville City Code regarding quiet hours for nightly rentals. H. WORK ITEMS: 1. Discussion on hillside and sensitive lands development. 2. Discussion on code enforcement. I. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Westfield Park Community Sod Laying Party - Friday, September 18th at 7:00 a.m. Volunteer sign-up on Toquerville City's Facebook page. 2. Toquerville Citizen Tour of the Confluence Park Water Reclamation Facility in LaVerkin - Wednesday, September 23rd at 4:00 p.m. - RSVP Required. Contact the City Offices for more information. 3. Miss Toquerville Pageant - Monday, September 28th at 7:00 p.m. - Hurricane Fine Arts Center. 4. Movies in the Park - Friday, October 9th at Dusk - Westfield Park. J. CLOSED MEETING: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed). K. BUSINESS ITEMS: 1. Discussion and possible action regarding selection of City Attorney and direction to proceed with contract negotiations. L.
