- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE WOODS CROSS CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Woods Cross City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment regarding the City Council's consideration of a resolution approving the exercise of eminent domain authority to acquire a Temporary Construction Easement on properties owned by the Charles & Susan Deardren, Spencer & Kennady Lewis and Bret & Julie Dixon and a parcel with no known ownership. The Temporary Construction Easement is needed for the purpose of improving a public street and related improvements. (See attached.) The public hearing will be held as part of the regularly scheduled Woods Cross City Council meeting at: Woods Cross City Hall 1555 South 800 West Woods Cross, Utah 84087 The meeting will be held in person and via Zoom.
